The Daniel
Webster estate in Marshfield, Massachusetts, owned by the Town of
Marshfield, was the subject of an existing conditions report and
preservation plan done in 2001. Historic documents, including the
original plans by William G. Preston done in 1879, were located and used
to reconstruct the exterior appearance as it was originally. (FCD and
